Please add Strava to the list of available apps on Apple Watch Ultra for the action button. It is now open to third parties (like Podometer++ here in the screenshot).

Until Strava implements this, I think you can create a Shortcut in the Shortcuts app (download it from the App Store if not on your iPhone—it’s the one made by Apple). Add a single Open App action to open Strava, then assign the Shortcut to the Action Button.
