Currently, I have 12 activities stuck on my Apple watch as unsynced that are not showing up on my Strava. Please help! I have closed the Strava app on both my apple watch and iPhone, restarted both my apple watch and iPhone, and made sure I have wifi and that they are connected to Bluetooth but no luck. I am not sure what else to do.

Hey @rayray

This post has been escalated to our Support team. If you have a similar question please submit a support ticket and we will investigate further.

Is there any update on this? Even I’m facing same issue and 88 synced activities and I don’t want to lose those

Hey @Sharathnasa
In this case, can you please force quit both the Strava watch app and the app on your mobile device?

To force quit the Strava app on your watch, press and hold the side button until the shutdown screen appears, and then press and hold the digital crown until the app closes. You must be in the app to force it to close.

I hope this information helps point you towards successful uploads.

I am having the same issue it started yesterday so have 1 unsynched activity on my apple watch and have tried what you suggested above but it hasn't helped. I have also tried powering down both my match and iphone and restarting and that hasn't helped either. I tried doing a small second activity to see if it would force it through but it just came up 2 unsynched activities. I just had a new pb on the run so had wanted to upload the activity so am reluctant to delete it?

@derekeh49 Did you ever find a solution? I’m having the same issue.

I am having the exact same issue. I have done everything on this form with no luck.

Hello - I am having same issue - just started a few days ago.  I have tried all the above suggestions and nothing working.

please help!

@Mhalparin and @Charlieh18, I uninstalled the Strava app on my phone and reinstalled it. This solved the problem, the Strava app on my watch is once again syncing with the Strava app on my phone, BUT, I lost the two workouts that hadn’t synced before I uninstalled the app.

@RunnerBritt this is my last resort… 10+ activities not synced - and I hate having to add them manually - it feels like I didn’t even do them or am cheating lol

I opened a case with support to see if there are some other options.

This is starting to drive me crazy, last we activities won’t upload. When I go into unsynched activities it says watch must be connected to network which its is. You hit synch and nothing, must be a fix that isn’t the above!

Having the same issue as others - force quitting the app on the watch and phone does not resolve it, nor do restarts of the watch/disconnecting and reconnecting to WiFi, etc. Looking for any way to resolve without losing recorded activities.

I have the same issue. Tried everything but unsynced activity is still there.

@Mickcee, @Rico_DC, and @stepanslk I had the exact same problem.

I hated losing my unsynced activities, but everything’s been working perfectly since I deleted and reinstalled the Strava app on my phone. (Luckily, one of the activities had been with a friend, so I asked her to add me to her activity, so I didn’t lose that one.)

You could manually add them to Strava before/after deleting/reinstalling so that they’re at least recorded in some fashion.

Same problem - tried every workaround, nothing is helping

I had the same issue. Strava lost 3 activities !!!!🤬

Same here. Any fix yet? I don’t want to lose the activities pending. There should be some way to recover them

Here’s how I recover lost activities (for iOS devices) :

You > Settings > Manage apps and devices > Health > Import

I’m so frustrated with the app. I had an important activity today that I was excited to sync. It’s not working. Nor is manually syncing, logging out, reinstall all that bs. Just sits there. Second unique  case I’ve had an issue syncing. I’ll try my luck with Garmin.

Icing on the cake has to be even I wanted to add it as a manual activity the only data it shows is distance. Cursed.

Me too… I have two unsynced activities stuck on the Apple Watch, one from yesterday and another today. Like others, I’ve tried restarting apps, devices, etc.

Interestingly, after restarting my Apple Watch, now the Strava app isn’t even logged in; it directs me to log in or sign up on my phone… which I already am. The phone app doesn’t show anything wrong with the watch connection, but the watch app believes otherwise. Hoping to find an answer…

Go into the Strava app, then go to manage apps. After go to health, You’ll be able to see your workouts that don’t have a checkmark that you can import
