+1Saved a friend’s bike map. I want to change a few of the roads he chose along the way, so I chose to edit a copy of his map. I can change the starting point easily enough, but I can’t seem to add new waypoints along the way in order to change the route.
Is there a way to do that?

Yes, you should be able to add custom waypoints to the route.
Instructions on how to do so can be found here.
If you aren’t able to add the waypoints to the route your friend created, you can try creating a new route with your waypoints included.
