Is there some way to announce publically that I intend to do a workout involving xyz (eg running 2x10km at pace 4:15 starting at x) to see if anyone joins?

I recommend to create a post on your feed or within a club if you are joined in one. In this post, you can announce your workout plan and ask others to join within your post.
