When I try to tag someone in reply to my activities , the @ thing brings nothing up or if it does, then it very rarely it shows the name. I have been having this problem for the last one month or so. Quite frustrating...

Hi @g.baglayeva

Any chance you're using the Android app? There's a bug that's causing the problem that you've described:

Hard to tell. Strava fixes some bugs quickly, some take longer… good thing is that they are already aware. You can follow the thread I posted for updates, fingers crossed that it gets fixed soon. In the meantime, the workaround is to use the website (though it's not exactly convenient).

@Jana_S  Anything new on Strava fixing this bug? The issue just started happening to me the last couple of days with my Android. I have the most recent version of the app v434.12 updated 10/20/25. So it wasn’t fixed with this update.

You mentioned above that you posted a thread about this. Can you provide a link to that thread?

Thanks.

Sorry I wouldn't know, I’m a user like yourself. Perhaps try checking in the thread I linked in the first response and subscribe for updates in there, as that's where it was originally reported & then escalated to Strava. Fingers crossed that it gets fixed soon.
