I’m participating in the Rouvy Mallorca challenge and this last week’s route has some egregious KOMs from someone who rode an elevation faked 90 mile route with dozens of KOMs making the whole thing aggressively downhill under the purpose of “sight seeing”. Unfortunately one particular user keeps clearing flags and happily takes about “his KOMs” despite apparently being able to sustain 44+ mph up 6+ grades for minute after minute (all thanks to the gradient faking). I have flagged multiple times and he just clears them over and over despite the obviously faked ride. 

I’m wondering if there’s a way for Strava to clear this up since upon checking Rouvy there are a bunch of these elevation faked routes. Can the new cheating algorithm identify when the activity elevation profile doesn’t match the activity at all? 

I’ve actually ridden this route (leaving my ride hidden to avoid messing with segments) so you can see below how egregious it looks with that gradient overlaid on a 5.9% climb:
