Hey @Simon408,

Can you provide more detail on your issue?
Are you stating the Backcountry Activity type you performed will not upload?

@Bryant I logged 2 BC ski activities on 2 different days -and they did not upload.  However, I then did a hike, and when that completed, all 3 activities uploaded.  Odd behavior. My access to internet was the same when I got home after each activity.

Hey @Simon408,

I’m happy to read the issue resolved. Thank you for coming to the community hub for support.
Normally, when an activity doesn’t upload it is likely due to a GPS interruption.

If you notice your activities aren’t uploading frequently please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

@Simon408 - Just to try to narrow down the possible issues.  When you completed the backcountry skis, did you have good service or did you only have service once you got back home?  I know that my activities tend to load right away when I complete them as long as I have cell service, but if I am out of service when I complete them, it sometimes takes a while or needs to be prompted to upload at a later time when I get back into service.  I’m wondering if it is possible that you were not in service when you finished the skis, so your device just didn’t try to upload at a later time.  But, when you finished your hike and were in service, it connected and “caught up” on the backlog of activities to upload.
