So I’ve noticed that not long ago my biggest climb changed to 4105m, from a ride where the total elevation was 299m, and on top of that, was done in 2018. I’ve tried to see if i could manually change it without deleting the ride but to no avail. I do not want to delete the ride by the way, but i would like to see this corrected as it’s a bit annoying and unfair to the real stats which i work hard for ;)

Hi @marcelv

I’m not sure what might be going here, but I’ve escalated your post to the Strava Support Team so someone can take a look at your account and investigate further.

In the app you can go to your best efforts and remove some without affecting the activity.

Thanks, I found it, but realising that my whole top 10 is way off. No idea what causes this as the rides themselves have the correct data.

Besides of what @Jan_Mantau suggested, you can also try to correct this - open the activity in the app, tap the “...” in the top right corner, and then Adjust Elevation. It may not be exact either but should result in a more realistic number.

edit: oh I saw the note about the activities themselves having the correct data - in that case, disregard this 😃

Thanks @Jana_S but the elevation data is correct in the rides. That’s the weird part.
