[BUG][WEB] Quick Activity Edit Loses Commute Tag

When editing an activity from the listing (https://www.strava.com/athlete/training), ticking the checkbox “Commute” does not work.

Furthermore, this works from the android app, but taking the same activity from the web and saving it again removes the tag

I have the same issue, even just editing the title of workouts already labeled as commute removes the tag. I seems to keep the tag if you do it from going to the specific workout instead.

Yes, I have the same issue.  It’s very annoying as this would be by far the quickest way to tag commutes.  (and most people need to tag at least two commutes a day!)

Auto commute recognition would be the best, but in the absence of tat long requested feature, you could at least make this checkbox work.

Yes, it seems that adding this attribute from the activities list does not work as expected. However, opening an individual activity then editing it as a commute there does work.

You could try http://commutemarker.com/ for auto recognition.

Just weighing in here in case it helps this topic get noticed. I’m OK with tagging every commute, it’s not that arduous, but the clearing of an existing flag is a nasty bug.

That’s a nice idea, but they want a bit too much of my data.
