Camera video very poor

My videos recorded on the phone show up in a very good quality. Meanwhile, those from the Hero Black 13 Camera have traces of high compression, they are really bad. 

Do you have any way to improve this?

indeed the compression used seems sub-optimal. There are similar issues reported:

My 30 Second Video’s are looking horrible.  Are being Suppressed?  Wasn’t always this way.

Anecdotally I have seen video compression take a dive. I did notice a difference in my clip when I uploaded with mobile data vs wifi.

Has anyone out there figured out if Strava is compressing the 30 second video’s?  Wasn’t always this way. Went back to some of my older video’s and they are crystal clear.  Paying for the Subscription might not be  worth it anymore.
