Once again, a basic capability of Strava that was working fine has decided suddenly to not work at all.

Trying to create a route. Select my start point, fine. But when I select another point, no matter how close or far, I get the dreaded "Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again. This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together."

Closer together than 1 km???

And yes, tried this in multiple browsers, same story. Even tried importing an existing route and editing it ... same story, the big red banner.

Any help/comment/feedback/suggestions appreciated. Just doing my head in.

I can’t even make any routes. I build routes on my iPad through the website but recently had a message saying it’s not compatible with my browser.  Same thing with the hammerhead route builder too.

Unable to create a route, when I plot 4-5 points on the map, it comes up with ‘error, unable to plot these points’. Route creation is the main point I pay for my subscription. Please help resolve asap.
