Can't view / create or edit my routes in browser

In December I noticed I couldn’t view, edit or create routes in the broswer (I tried them all). My routes still appear on the strava app. This is one of the main reasons I pay for Strava.

When I try to create a route in browser I get the following error message…

“Error: Sorry, we couldn’t complete that action. Please try plotting the point again.This can occur when routing across large distances, so try plotting more frequent waypoints that are closer together.”

I’ve tried to create a ticket but it is still unanswered since December - I got a few emails saying they would be slow to reply but nothing more.

Am I missing something or is this just how Strava is now?

Apologies for the delay.

Are you still having trouble creating & editing routes on web?
If so, can you test if you have the same issue under a different web browser?

I am also having this problem. It started in the last few days, around 8-9 May 2025. When viewing “My Routes” edit and delete are not listed in the menu. If I open the route there is no option to edit the route. I’ve attempted the action in all browsers (Safari, Chrome, DDG, Edge) on my MaBook IOS Sonoma 14.7.5 (23H527). Please help.
