I’m currently unable to access my paid subscription account. When attempting to login to Strava, it connects me to an old account that I do not use. If I try to login through apple or Facebook, it wants me to create a new account connected to my Facebook.

I’ve submitted several support tickets over the last four days, but cannot get a response.

this is a community hub, i.e. fellow athletes advising each other, unfortunately we don't have access to account information / passwords etc. Filing a Support ticket was the correct way, only them can help you - just please note that the team is dealing with a backlog of tickets, meaning that the waiting time is generally rather longer. But they’ll get back to you. Fingers crossed that the issue gets resolved soon!
