Since about a year, when navigating to the Maps section of the app (on Android), the default view is with “Routes” selected. I only used the Maps to check my saved routes, so every single time I have to disable the list of routes proposed (which are terrible suggestions in my opinion, by the way) which becomes very annoying when trying to follow a route, since the app constantly also reset the view after a few minutes, so that I need to open the saved route again. Can the app at least remember the choice of “Map only” view for the next time I open the Maps tab?

Also, when loading a saved route, the default view is 3D, so every time I have to change it back to 2D (after having to wait for the camera to do its movements) since the 3D maps are completely unreadable. Can the app also remember this preference? Or better, can there be an option to completely disable the 3D map view everywhere in the app? That would be fantastic.
