Change in relative effort calculation ?

Hello,

Did Strava change its method to calculate relative effort ? I’m seeing much higher scores starting this week for comparable efforts.

See those two activities for example :

There is no discrepancy in my HR data.

This is 100% the issue, thank you. I don’t understand why Strava would introduce such non sensical change without any warning.
