Thanks for posting! If your activity was discarded before it was uploaded we cannot retrieve the information. If the activity was saved and then deleted, you can submit a support ticket (as you have done) to see if we can restore the activity. Please also note that if you delete an activity synced from a third-party device, you can download the original file from that service and manually import it here.


Your open support ticket; #3022705 will be handled by our Support team. The Community Hub & Strava Support are two different platforms. The Hub is great for general questions and information while our Support team will handle questions that require account access (such as subscription questions, restoring activities, account settings, etc.).
