UPDATE FROM SUPPORT: Our product team has made a few changes to how Saved Routes are loaded on the Strava website. We believe that the issue you were experiencing may have been related to a time out error. We released a fix for this and this should allow Saved Routes to load more efficiently and in theory prevent this error from occurring. If you are still experiencing this issue, please submit a support ticket and someone from our Support Team will be able to assist you with this.
