Strava currently does not have live segments for e-bikes.  There is another thread here (Add live segments for E-bikes | Community) that is asking for that feature.  Consider adding your comments and upvote for that idea to show your support.

Of course, Strava has ebike live segments since 1 year, but only works with Hammerhead Karoo.
