My ride on 11th November 2020 has been flagged as not legitimate, including a few KOMs I believe that I was very proud of. I saw on a ride today revisiting these roads that the efforts were excluded, I'll be looking into more of my rides to see if this problem has occured more often. As a keen Strava cyclist and KOM fiend I've always been careful to crop anything if it gets left running. As you may understand, us racers can go out on a chilled ride and sprint up those hills with a tailwind to bring home the KOM to make our lives feel worthwhile for a short moment ;D . I hope you can help me out as a long term Strava devotee haha, thank you

I think there is something wrong with Strava as this has been happening to me as well even on very random efforts, even going uphill in tempo rides I have noticed excluded efforts. Hope they can get this fixed as a rider is super frustrating to experience this.
Sometimes in the web browser view of the activity an option appears where you can assure that the activity is legitimate and has the correct activity type. If not it’s worth to try and change the activity type to something else and then change it back. If even that doesn’t help, this must be reported to the Strava support.
