I took out a family subscription and invited my daughter and son and law, who live at the same address as me.  However they are being told that they cannot join as they need to live in the same country as me ??  Anyone else had similar issues ?

this happens when an athlete has originally registered with a different country (some people have moved, some have done it for a cheaper subscription, etc), which results in having a different “country code” saved on the personal profile. 

This can't be edited in the settings though, you need to contact Support to get the country code corrected from their end (either for yourself or for your family members), and then you should be able to get everyone on the family plan as intended.
