Hi Strava People
I’d like to see walk/run intervals listed as a Sport option in Strava.
I’m sure many athletes would use this option regularly and would be grateful if it were available. Athletes like me, recovering from injury or training for distance by using walk/run intervals to build strength and stamina. I’d like the heart rate and distances recorded for all the walk and run components of a single walk/run interval activity. This would help me track my injury recovery and the progress I’m making towards my running distance goals.
