Hi, my run uploads correctly to the garmin app with time, distance, map. But then when it uploads to strava, the map is cut off and the distance is 0.0km. The time is correct but it has not shown any distance. Does anyone know if I can manually upload my run from garmin app to strava? Thanks!

Hey @evet3701,

Sorry to read you were having difficulties uploading your activity. To answer your question, yes you are able to export the original from Garmin Connect and upload it to Strava from our upload page

I have the same issue but uploading via .fit doesnt fix it. I ran a half marathon today and in the Garmin Connect app it says everything correctly with distance and pace but on Strava it uploads to 11km but same time.

Looking at my watch all the data is correct so its when uploaded to Strava it gets incorrect.

Any ideas?

It's possible the FIT file is corrupted. You can try using https://www.fitfiletools.com/ to repair it. Just use something like section remover and don't remove anything, it will rewrite the file and hopefully fix it.

Garmin also offers a repair tool which takes a little more effort to use. See https://developer.garmin.com/fit/cookbook/activity-file-repair-tool/
