If I assign different shoes to an activity after it's already uploaded, I don't see a change in that shoe's total mileage from the Gear page. I see the same issue whether I update the gear from the iOS app, or the web app. Anyone else seeing this problem? (iOS v321.0.0 (r39013))

@Jane11 yep, it updated to the correct number the next day! Probably >12 hours later.

Hi @Julia_Davis

Thanks for posting about this.  We're aware of an issue where gear totals take longer than expected to update.  Have you checked back after some time has passed to see if the number is eventually correct?

Hi @Julia_Davis

Thanks for letting me know.  This is a known issue that has been escalated to our Engineering Group for investigation.  I don't have an estimated time of resolution but I'll update this thread when I know more.

Apologies for the delayed updating in the meantime and thanks for your patience.

Hello, I just wanted to note that this is still an issue a year later. I do a lot of wear testing and now realize that I have likely reported inaccurate numbers on the shoes that I’ve tested. To submit my evaluation and report on my mileage, I will have to go back and manually calculate the number of miles. Is there an update on when this might be resolved?
