Hi, I elimanated an activity I want to recover it. How can I do it?

Thanks for posting! If your activity was discarded before it was uploaded we cannot retrieve the information. If the activity was saved and then deleted, you can submit a support ticket to see if we can restore the activity.
If you would like to include the deleted activity in your account, you can create a manual activity for any discarded activities. Please note that this won't count toward Strava Challenges and won't match to any segments. You can find more info here: Uploading Manual Activities
Another option is to have your friend share their activity with you If they were with you. For more information on how this feature works please see our Help Center article.

+1I did the same at the weekend, thought I was deleting a segment I created 🤔 🤔I have on Garmin Connect, my best parkrun in a year and gone. I could just upload details manually but no stats, segments etc. I'll try the support ticket thanks.
+26If you have it on Garmin connect you can download it from their website and then upload the file to Strava.
Dear Moderator. It was a workout I had to manually set it. I had a Relive app for backup. But the Strava activity was saved, uploaded and then deleted. It would be great if I can get it back. Thanks.
