When I post my runs my time doesn’t show up on the feed I can only see it when I go into the activity it looks like I have hidden it ( I haven’t) 

Hi ​@Lovetorun, for runs with somewhat significant elevation gain, the feed prefers showing the elevation. 

However, there's a feature request that would probably help in your situation - check it and consider voting for it:
