I see on a friends smartphone my PR’s displayed on the map and the location were they were achieved.

I cannot see it on my own smartphone.

How do I turn this setting on?

Hi @Trip555, I checked and it seems I have this in my Strava app too, I didn't specifically enable anything. I’m using Strava on my iPhone - I just need to open any activity where I had a top 3 effort on any segment.

Is your Strava app updated? If it is - on what phone / operating system is it (iOS / Android)? Someone with the same setup can hopefully check that for you.

I have it on Iphone and Android, I have reinstalled the app, but no changes whatsoeveer.

Just to double check - are you a subscriber? These are PRs for segments, which is a subscription feature, not in the free version, so maybe it's it..?

It is available on non subscribers too. No idea why it appeared.

Literally, turn the phone off and on again. That’s what my mate did and it worked!

Ok that's weird - and I’m out of ideas! Hopefully someone else will chime in and figure this out...

Hello @Trip555 - in order for the activity map to show segment achievement badges on it, you would need to have a PR obtained on that activity. If that is the case and you are still not seeing the PR on the map, we suggest to update the app to the latest version.

Finally, if the issue persistsplease submit a support ticket and a Support Analyst will get in touch to troubleshoot with you.
