I apologize if this has been asked before but this notification is downright useless and distracting. I get it every Monday morning and it’s been annoying for a while. I’m not sure which category it falls under. Unfortunately, I have already dismissed it this week so cannot quote the exact message but in my notifications list I see this “You kept it consistent this week. Kudos to you! Tap to see your Relative Effort score, and keep it up this week”. Would it be under the Progress Completion category? Does anybody know?

Thank you!!!

Ciao @alxga. Please read the thread below. There a lot of requests about the in-app notifications.

Thanks, @Vincenzo . Well, I’m fine with notifications on completed activities (the thread you linked is about those notifications). I’m just annoyed by weekly Relative Effort notifications (they always happen every Monday in the morning). And I’m not sure which specific category I need to toggle off to disable them. Would it be Progress Completion? I guess I’ll have to switch it off and wait until next Monday now to see if it worked

I actually submitted a ticket to Strava support about this two weeks ago, with a follow-up last week to prove they were coming through as push notifications. The content indicates that they should be classified as marketing notifications since they include a “subscribe to see more” blurb at the bottom of the notification (at least if you’re not subbed already), but aren’t controlled by that toggle.

I’ve since turned off all except for a small handful of push notifications in Strava because I absolutely do not want to see marketing push notifications. Hopefully that will help me narrow down which setting controls this weekly notification.

@alxga - did turning off Progress Completion push notifications stop the relative effort notification this week?
