someone can tell me how I should proceed if I want signale a dishonest Strava user?
Unfortunately, the Strava user in question has blocked me, and I cannot access his activities. The person in question is over 70 (!) years old and rides his modified Specialized E-Tarmac on our segments, stealing the KOMs. Several Strava users have already tried to block the person, but no one can access his profile.

It seems legit but I’m not a cyclist -
+27The activities are very suspicious, that’s for sure, especially for this age group. But can I say with certainty from the analysis that they are done with motor support? Unfortunately not, they are just barely within the realms of possibility provided that this E DT is a retired first class athlete. So we only have the word that a tuned Specialized E-Tarmac is used and of course I don’t doubt that, but I’m reluctant to flag the rides when I only have third party information.

many thanks for your reply. I understand your reaction, but I can confirm that Mr. Emil Den Tandt was never a first class athlete. He started biking very late. He ist a good friend of Erich MAUS, a person that I know myself. Mr. Maus is now 85 years old, and he is biking with Mr. Den Tandt. Mr. MAUS confirm to me that Mr. Den Tandt is using an E-Bike. Not later than last wek, I cross Mr. Den Tandt with his E-MTB … .
It’s up to to too decide, but AVG that he reaches are not realistic for his age and his past … .

It's very strange that E DT now has best times on segments that are already 6-7 years old. For example, I noticed this morning that on the segment below, where I've had the best time for a year, his best time from 2018 suddenly appears. I wonder how he does that.
