I submitted my request to download my data yesterday about 24 hours ago and I still have not received my link to download my data 😥
Does anyone have any idea how long this takes?
I think I did it about a year ago and it was within a few minutes.

Hi ​@Bob_Rowden, just to share my experience from earlier this month - it was fairly quick, I was surprised (but the export didn't include what I needed after all - all the links that were deleted back in December or when, sigh). So if it takes over 24 hours, it's probably some kind of glitch/bug...


Thank you, ​@Jana_S . I still do not have the email notification this morning, almost 48 hours later. ☹️ I am still getting the red “X  Download unavailable. You have reached your weekly limit.” error if I try again. 
I guess I have to wait the full week and try again. ☹️


@Bob_Rowden - did you manage to obtain the bulk export? If not, let us know!


Thank you, ​@Lola . Unfortunately, I never received the email with the link. I have tried several times since then with no luck, including yesterday, which still might be in progress. I checked my spam folder as well. 

Maybe I have too much data in Strava and it just times out?
