Hi @Bob_Rowden, just to share my experience from earlier this month - it was fairly quick, I was surprised (but the export didn't include what I needed after all - all the links that were deleted back in December or when, sigh). So if it takes over 24 hours, it's probably some kind of glitch/bug...

I am still getting the red “X Download unavailable. You have reached your weekly limit.” error if I try again.
I guess I have to wait the full week and try again. 
@Bob_Rowden - did you manage to obtain the bulk export? If not, let us know!
Thank you, @Lola . Unfortunately, I never received the email with the link. I have tried several times since then with no luck, including yesterday, which still might be in progress. I checked my spam folder as well.
Maybe I have too much data in Strava and it just times out?
