Just want to check if anyone know how long it takes for strava to reply to a support ticket? its been 2 days now and not sure if my ticket is still open and if i followed the right steps. 

I haven't submitted one in the last month or so, but I feel like it is generally taking 4-5 days. It could be a little more or less depending on the current demand.  If you go back to the page where you submitted the support request, you can click on your profile in the top right and select "my activities", it will show your history of activities and their current status.  


I requested a refund weeks ago with Strava support, I have provided the information they asked for and they are not responding

I'm still waiting for a member of customer support to message me back. 

 

I signed up to premium on a different account to the one I use normally by mistake. It's now been over 14-days since I requested my refund by raising a ticket and also providing the information asked for by their automated message.

I have not heard back from anyone and I assume that Strava will now claim that it's too late for me to be entitled to a refund now as it's gone beyond 14 days. Personally I feel really let down by the customer services team and will not be using Strava anymore because of this.


Hello, I submitted a ticket for refund 2 weeks ago, still no one gave me any update, and every time I send another email to the support I receive automated email from a bot, how can I resolve this please? 


I’m in the same boat.  Assuming you also canceled on the date we got billed for another year?  I’ve submitted at least two requests and got the same bot reply that I replied to with my payment info but that’s where that ends.  


I also canceled my membership and requested a refund.  Same thing, bot reply that I replied to and then nothing. 

Something is up with Strava support and refunds.

Yes same thing, billed then I canceled straight away and submitted request 


I subscribed to Strava a month ago, but the app still asks me to subscribe. When I try to subscribe again, it says I already have an active subscription.

 

I submitted a ticket a month ago but never received a response, and this situation is getting really frustrating. Strava team, Could you please provide a solution as soon as possible?


I am requesting a status update to a Support ticket I opened (#3218866) regarding an issue first report reported months ago regarding the Strava app closing at random time mid-workout on Apple Watches.  There is a growing thread on this issue and there has been zero updates regarding an impending fix.  As a premium user since 2019, I am very frustrated by the lack of response from Strava.
