I noticed that a common ski trail in our area is missing from the basic Strava map and I need to create a route on it for a race map.  I have skied it and created a segment on it - is there a way to turn my segment into a trail that shows on Strava so that I can create a route on it?  How do these trail systems get established on the trail maps that show on Strava?

Hey @corazzmm,

There isn't a direct route to turn your segment into a trial.
However, if this is a known maintained trail that is supported by the local department of land management, please feel free to contribute on OpenStreetMap to include this known trail in OpenStreetMap.
