+2For almost 2 months I’ve not been able to create a route on any of my Windows 11 browsers. I deleted cookies, cleared caches and I even set up a new windows user account just for the purpose of using a new browser (with no extension) but all to no avail. Nothing happens anymore when I enter the ‘start’ and ‘end’ postcodes.
I’m a paid subscriber but It’s as if Strava no longer recognizes me as a paid subscriber halfway through the subscription.
Any advice please?

After months of scratching my head wondering why i couldn’t create a route anymore on my windows laptop, today i had an epiphany to dig out my mac and i was able to create a route using the safari.
So, i guess the problem is with my windows (which i’ll eventually reset) and not Strava.
Nonetheless, great forum here.Reading various replies from others with similar concern was inspiring.
+26How far away are the start and end postcodes from each other? This behaviour usually comes for very long distances. It shouldn’t be a difference if postcodes or adresses are used, very long routes can’t be plotted.

Does the same problem occur if you use addresses without postcodes?
