For almost 2 months I’ve not been able to create a route on any of my Windows 11 browsers. I deleted cookies, cleared caches and I even set up a new windows user account just for the purpose of using a new browser (with no extension) but all to no avail. Nothing happens anymore when I enter the ‘start’ and ‘end’ postcodes.

I’m a paid subscriber but It’s as if Strava no longer recognizes me as a paid subscriber halfway through the subscription.

Any advice please?

How far away are the start and end postcodes from each other? This behaviour usually comes for very long distances. It shouldn’t be a difference if postcodes or adresses are used, very long routes can’t be plotted.

Hello, In the past i was able to create a route in excess of 50 miles but now, i can’t even create a 1 mile route.

Does the same problem occur if you use addresses without postcodes?

Yep. I just tried now with a street address. Same result. Page doesn’t create a route.

After months of scratching my head wondering why i couldn’t create a route anymore on my windows laptop, today i had an epiphany to dig out my mac and i was able to create a route using the safari.

So, i guess the problem is with my windows (which i’ll eventually reset) and not Strava.

Nonetheless, great forum here.Reading various replies from others with similar concern was inspiring.
