I hate the pop up that asks "do you want to share this activity" when I make a screenshot.

This just started happening a day ago. When try to make a screenshot a pop up appears and prevents me from doing screenshots normally. It stops me from doing what I want with a screenshot and using my phone's features. I don’t want the canned Strava sharing images.

Anyone else have this problem?

Yes it's super annoying… I’ve been complaining about this since, eh, about a year now? 🥴 unfortunately there's still no way to turn that thing off:

On IOS I can ignore that popup and switch to the usual screenshot menu of the smartphone by tapping on the screenshot thumbnail.

@Jan_Mantau the problem is that the “share” feature covers whatever you try to screenshot (e.g. km splits) and you have to dismiss it if you want to continue making screenshots. It's getting in the way. Eh, if I wanted the share screen I’d tap the share button. When I press the screenshot buttons I want a screenshot

@Jana_S For me the share “feature” appears AFTER I made the screenshot so the screenshot contains exactly what I want. Maybe it´depends on the model, I have a SE where I make screenshots with simultaneously pressing the On/Off and Homescreen button.

I’m on Android and never had this pop up until this week. There doesn’t seem to be any way around it. Super annoying.

I also dislike the quick edit feature. Would like to turn that off.

For me it gets triggered simultaneously with the screenshot. If I want to take more, or make a rolling screenshot (e.g. marathon splits won't fit on one screen), I have to keep closing that effin thing that keeps popping up. Pardon my French.

Commented to follow topic, it also bothers me, and I'm interested in a fix.

It prevents me from taking rolling screenshots and does not offer a reasonable substitute. It's annoying as hell and blocks me from actually sharing my activity with a doctor or a friend, they do not have to be on Strava to see what I am to share. Terrible experience for my paid subscription.
