I’m being charged for a free trial - ticket no 3030400

Hello ,

I sent an email 5 days ago, about charging me for a free trial, i haven’t had any reply for the refund. I have sent follow up emails and no one is replying £54.99. ticket number-3030400

Thanks for your post. This inquiry will need to be handled by our Support team. The Community Hub & Strava Support are two different platforms. The Hub is great for general questions and information while our Support team will handle questions that require account access such as subscription questions, restoring activities, account settings, etc.
