I connected my Strava to a friends NYRR account for a race last year as they don’t have a watch. I now have their trophy in my trophy list - is there any possible way to remove it ?

You can try to by revoking access to NYRR.
1) Start by using a web browser to navigate to your My Apps settings page and revoke access to the NYRR app.
2) Still using a web browser (not the NYRR app), please log into the account on NYRR.org > go to your Account Settings page > scroll to the Apps & Services section > click “disconnect Strava”.
3) Once disconnected, the trophy should be removed.
If the steps above do not work, please submit a support ticket detailing the issue your facing along with the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried above.
