[Known Issue] Saved Routes not showing on iOS (Resolved) and Android

Could do with some support on this

Thanks for your post and sorry to see that’s happening. A couple of things to try:

• Please try logging out of the app, closing it completely and then restarting it. Logging out is the key step, so please make sure you do that.
• Please ensure your Strava App is updated to the latest version available in the App Store

Let us know if that helps solve the issue.

Similar problem here. All routes that are created on the iOS app just disappear after saving them. Routes that are created on a desktop browser are visible.

I’m having the same issue. Did anyone find a solution? Attempting a ride across Italy so need the maps! Tricky without.

I am also still having this issue ​@Jane ​@Bryant. Given how essential this feature is - not just for convenience but for safety - it’s extremely frustrating that it has been broken for so long (Original post was 6 months ago). If anyone has been able to get a resolution, I would love to hear it. It’s crunch time before I go on a trip without service and I’m wondering if it’s best to cancel my Strava subscription and use the money on a more reliable offline mapping app.

This should be resolved with our latest update.
Can you try updating your Strava app to the latest version if you haven’t done so already?

Is this an issue for the Android app. Haven't been able to load up saved routes for a couple of weeks now. Logged in and out and updated app. Still nothing 😭

I have the same issue and I have updated app. Logged out and back. Completely black screen on Android. Route doesn't appear on web browser either 

I’m also having this issue. I created my own custom route last night, and that route seems to appear okay. However, there’s a route that another user created which I’ve saved and this route does not populate when I try to view my routes. I’ve tried all suggested troubleshooting methods, but the issue still persists. 

I am also having this problem. Trying to make routes to use in the backcountry. Have tried all of the troubleshooting methods.

If the app cannot reliably run routes, I will get lost and have major SOS issues. Will need to cancel my strava subscription and switch to ridewithgps if Strava does not provide a true solution.

What fixed it for me was uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I had this problem for several weeks. Up to date Strava app on Android did not show Saved Routes. Just got the spinning circular icon and no routes load. I confirmed I was running the latest release, restarted the phone, tried logging out and back in with no improvement. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled and now it works.

This is a major problem since saved routes are a core feature of the app and a huge part of planning a run or ride. It makes it impossible to navigate a planned route on the go. I trust this is a high-priority fix for us Android users, as it's making a key part of the app unusable!

Noting I have just developed this issue with Android. When I login on laptop, same issue is present. Shows only the first page (16) of my routes. I have 86 routes saved. Cannot see more than 16, on the Android app or desktop 

I started on a new phone just two weeks ago...not sure that is the fix for this. It’s also an issue on desktop

I’m still having the same issue. Restarted the phone twice. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it, twice. Cleared cache. Cleared data. Not sure what else to do. The routes load when I”m not offlline, but I need my downloaded offline maps to be accessible during a 100 mile race this weekend in a remote no service area. If I go offline, the downloaded routes are there, but when I click on a route, it just spins and doesn’t open up.
