[KNOWN ISSUE] Unmuting muted activities on the web doesn't work.

This still isn’t working for me. I can uncheck the Mute box when editing an activity on the web, but even after Saving, the activity remains muted.

I can confirm this bug. You have to go to the app again to uncheck and save. 

BUG: I'd also like to confirm that unmuting on the web doesn't work (like zecanard commented on 04-05-2024). Muted activities can only be unmuted in the app.

@Jane11 Could you please raise this with the development team? It’s been 2 months.

Thanks to everyone who posted about this.  Our Team is investigating and hopes to have a resolution soon.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  The workaround in the meantime is to un-mute activities using the Mobile App instead of the Web.

Still not working as of late June 2024...
