Do you still have a Strava subscription?

I currently have the free subscription preview.  I’ve always used the free version and could see live segments.  Once the preview started they disappeared.  

You couldn’t have had live segments when using the free version, maybe it was a trial subscription period instead. Did the subscription preview start yet? If so could you try logging out and in in the Strava app?

I’ve had the free version for years and could always view segments while I was running as long as h as I had them starred. I couldn’t see stats but could see where they started and stopped. 
 

I just logged out and logged back in. Maybe that will help. 

That’s not live segments, just segments shown on the map. Live segments popup during the activity and show your time difference i.e. against your PR or against the KOM.
