Hi ​@Parthenon, which “widgety thing” do you mean - perhaps add a screenshot to illustrate..?

If it's a regular widget, tap and hold the lock screen to access the edit mode, and then tap the widget that you wish to change / remove. 

If it's something else, post a screenshot please.

That looks like Live Activities - whoa, I wasn't even aware it's already working in Strava! People have been requesting that feature for so long… so it's finally there!

Anyway - if you prefer not to use this, then go to the iPhone’s Settings > Apps, find Strava, tap Live Activities, then turn Live Activities off or lower the frequency.
