Hi folks,
I have completed the Lucy Charles/ Red bull challenge and received the emails for each part of the challenge to confirm this. But you are also meant to get an email with a code in to complete the online form to enter the competition aspect (winner gets a free race fee).
Any ideas how long this should take or how I can contact Strava to ask?

You may have received notifications that you’ve completed each challenge as well as a trophy for each challenge in the Trophy Case on your profile, please note that you will receive an email the week after the challenge has closed. You can find more info here.
Athletes interested in this challenge should note that only UK athletes aged 18+ and residents in the UK are eligible for the reward. Full terms and conditions are available here. Parameters for challenge completion, prize eligibility, and fulfillment are at the sole discretion of the partner hosting the Challenge. Please reach out to the partner with any additional questions.
