I have been manually uploading strava runs this month and they add correctly to my weekly total and total distance this year. However, when I got to check my activities they are not present. Sometimes they have been displayed on my followers feed but not my own! How can I fix this as I don’t want to loose these activities? Thanks !

Have you checked your display preferences in the settings to make sure the feed ordering is set to “Latest Activities”? Another way to display them is to click on the dropdown menu on the desktop page and select “My Activities”, or on the app, click on the “you” in the bottom right and then the tab for “Activities”.
