Hello,

I am comparing training plans and looking at the Strava generated plan.  It provides nice detail on the site for the first few weeks but then it just has durations, not distances.  I can tell for sure that the plan is aimed at faster runners or road runners.  I am working on my training calendar and this tool does not help due to these limitations.  Or maybe I am looking in the wrong place?

 

It would also be good to have plans longer than 12 weeks.
