Hello,

Since the beginning of the week, I no longer have all the activity data being recorded. I only get the time and distance. The route map, split data, elevation, and several other metrics are missing.
I don’t recall changing any settings, and I can’t figure out how to display everything again.

I deleted and re-downloaded the app. I reset my network settings and restarted my iPhone several times. The issue still persists.
It seems that, for some unknown reason, all my activities are being recorded as indoor workouts.

Even when I disable indoor mode, the activity details don’t come back.

I don’t experience this issue with Nike Run Club.

I use Strava on my iPhone 17, last os version.

Hi @AnthonyV

Before you start the activity, can you see the “gps acquired” green message above the Start button?

You can also check the location settings of your iPhone - go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and make sure Location Services are turned on (which probably is, as you said it works with NRC). Then, scroll down through the list of apps to Strava and set the location permission to "While Using the App" or "Always". Ensure "Precise Location" is enabled as well, and disable any battery saver modes that might limit background activity.
