Hello Strava Support,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m contacting you because one of my runs is missing and not showing up in my Strava app.
Here are the details of the activity:
Date of run: 16/10/2025
Approximate time: 8:55
Device/App used to record: Strava app on Android Xiaomi Redmi note 13 the same a always use
Distance : close to 4 Km
Duration : close to 25 min
Place of the run : parc de chanteraines Gennevilliers
I’ve already tried refreshing the app, logging out and back in, and checking the Strava website, but the run still doesn’t appear even if i click finished in the app as a always do.
Could you please help me recover it if it possible ?
