Hello

I suddenly cannot see my monthly overview anymore. The previous graph is now empty except for one month (November). Also my monthly condition graph isn't functioning anymore. Information from the past-previously visible- is now gone. Can anybody tell me what to do to solve this?

Thank you

Emmy

It looks like rather some broken activity uploaded in November - it's creating a huge peak, making other months so small that they look empty.

When you move across the effort graph, you should be able to find the date of the November peak - and find the broken activity that's causing this

Then you can delete it (perhaps save a backup of it first - open the activity on the Strava website and export the activity into a file) and sync it again from the original source.

Hi @emmyn, I'm not 100% sure whether I understand correctly what you mean - but by any chance, could you have been a subscriber / using the free trial, and now your subscription expired? As some of the progress/fitness features are subscription-only.

if it's not it, would you mind adding several screenshots to illustrate the problem? Thanks!

Hi Jana

I am a paid subscriber, already for quite a long time. So that cannot be the case.

I've attached two screenshots.

Thank you for looking into this. Appreciated.

Best

Emmy

Hi

Thank you so much. I found indeed a very strange notification in an activity in November: my galaxy watch has recorded some strange details skewing everything. I deleted that particular activity.  It is solved now. Many thanks,

Emmy
