Did a 11 min eliptical today but only got credit for the last minute and change because of moving time. Of course my gps didn’t change, it’s an eliptical

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear that. We don’t calculate moving time on indoor activities, so you should expect to see total elapsed time on an Elliptical workout. I’m not sure what could have gone wrong - if you would like someone from our Strava Support Team to take a look at the activity and troubleshoot with you, please submit a support ticket and a Support Analyst will get in touch.

+1I’ll submit a ticket. It happened again today. 45 min on elliptical and strava has reduced it to 28 moving time 🤷♀️
