I would like to see "Mountain Bike Ride" listed in the Sport drop-down box on the My Activities page. You have Mountain Bike Ride listed in the Manual Entry page. Basically these two should align. Thank you.

In case you are using your MTB only for Mountain Bike Rides you could filter on Ride and then the bike on your MTB

Thanks for your post. I'm looking into why Mountain bike ride doesn't show in that drop-down box and I'll get back to your when I know more.
In the meantime, @Jan_Mantau has suggested a way to achieve this using the Gear filter to select the bike on the My Activities page:
