My activities from this morning will not sync to my Strava app on my iPhone. I have restarted my phone and my watch, but nothing has worked. I’ve also added an extra activity to see if that would push through the previous two activities that would not sync. Again that did not work. Can you please help?

Thanks for your post. Please note that if you did not have sufficient reception during the time of saving the activity, that may cause issues with syncing once saved.
In this case, you can try to force quit both the Strava watch app and the app on your mobile device to see if that helps. To force quit the Strava app on your watch, press and hold the side button until the shutdown screen appears, and then press and hold the digital crown until the app closes. You must be in the app to force it to close.
