My paid subscription is not recognized on any device

I’ve been a paying subscriber for over 7 years and log activities on a nearly daily basis. In the last 10 days or so, my account has been unable to copy routes, create routes, see top segment times below #10… or any of the features that come with a paid plan. I have clicked on the “Upgrade Now” button and the result from the next screen says: “You are already a subscriber” and returns me back to the prior page still unable to access or create anything I wanted.

I have even checked on my iPhone subscription summary and my Strava app is “paid through Feb 2026”.

So what’s the deal? I’m planning a trip in a couple weeks and need to map some rides. The sooner the better too.

That seems like something you should make a support request for (see https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216917777-How-Do-I-Contact-Strava-Support) and in the meantime using another route planner like Komoot.
