My statistics is wrong for followers on the phone app but correct on the desktop version

I have tried the refreshing method a couple times and it’s not making any difference. 

Since posting this question I have found another post discussing the issue. Apparently a lot of users are experiencing the same problem and it seems to be a technical issue that Strava needs to look at. More information in this post:

The first two screen captures are from a follower to show you what he is seeing. The last two screen captures are from my account showing what I can see. What I am seeing are the correct statistics. For reference my actual ‘all time’ runs is 477 with a distance of 4,463KM.

As you can see in the screen captures the statistics for ‘activity’ and ‘best efforts’ are correct, while the statistics for ‘year-to-date’ is missing and the statistics for ‘all time’ is incorrect.

I save almost all my activities as for ‘followers’ only. If I save it for ‘everyone’ the statistics can be seen by my followers. 

As mentioned the statistics is only incorrect on the phone app. There’s no issues on the desktop version. Here my followers can see the accurate statistics.

Did anyone find an answer to this? Im having the same issue

Strava is yet to fix it. Lots of people have had this issue for many months. There’s a couple of other threads on it, mostly users complaining that Strava is not doing anything about it
